早咲きの河津桜が各地で見ごろを迎えています。神奈川県松田町では、山の斜面に植えられた桜は５～６分咲きということでしたが、枝によってはほぼ満開の木もあります。

Famous early blooming cherry variety, Kawazu zakura, is nearly best season. At a cherry blossom festival in Matsuda town in Kanagawa prefecture, it is said half blooming but some branches looks almost full blossom.
